Erection and commissioning of Control panel, which contains ECS/Ntech, based CRT control panel from FLS Automation, PLCs 5/80C from Allen Bradley, Software for both station and PLC, DeviceNet, Ethernet. All the plant instruments like PT 100 temperature sensors, temperature, flow, pressure transmitters from Foxborow, Level sensors and transmitters from Endress Hauser, capacitor type level switches from Nivocompact, HT and LT motors, a liquid starter for HT motors which are controlled by Micrologix, Devicenet basis MCC, HT and LT switchgear, UPS, HT (11/6.6 KV) and LT (6.6/0.4KV) transformers, Packing machine from Ventomatic.

Factory Automation for Liquid Cleaning Plant

  Several intricate mixing stages with ingredient additions were automated in a complex multi-stage batching system for a liquid detergent facility.  The plant automation integrated raw materials and transport systems, along with an automated bottle filling and packaging line.

  A delicate mixing process required constant automated monitoring with highly accurate additions. Process data capture for feedback and automated correction was integrated as part of the system. Prior to plant installation, Klystron conducted extensive controls simulation.

High Speed Bottling Line Installed in Automated Factory

After a product redesign, a [company] needed a new high speed bottling line. The line had to accommodate a uniquely shaped bottle and cap and included mechanical adjustments to various packaging lines. The high-speed line includes automated quality checks with vision systems integrated by Klystron.

Beanibazar Gas Field Automation for separation of heavy hydrocarbon from methane gas

High pressure natural gas mixed with heavy hydrocarbons is released naturally from gas wells. However, only light methane gas is transmitted for all client types over the national transmission line. Methane and heavy hydrocarbon are separated before being sent to the national grid line. and afterwards delivered to customers after being loaded onto an oil tanker truck. The heavy hydrocarbons included octane, diesel, and gasoline.

A highly precise addition along with continuous automated monitoring was needed for a delicate separation process. The system included process data capture for automated correction and feedback. Comprehensive controls simulation was carried out by Klystron prior to plant installation.

Important features include the automatic partial distillation process that separates methane from heavy hydrocarbons. The procedure is secure and entirely automated.
